The dozer work is finished so the 200-meter range has reopened.  The 100-yard range will remain closed until after work day.

Please consider joining us at 9 a.m. on April 6th for our annual Work Day. Bring shovels, rakes, and chain saws if you have them.  Some of us will be working on the berms, others cutting brush, and if we have enough volunteers we will be doing other general clean-up projects.

The Lafayette Rod & Gun Club is located outside of Higginsville, MO just 5 miles north of Interstate 70.  Higginsville is 35 miles east of the Kansas City Metro area.  For directions to our range, please check our detailed information map. 

While LGC hosts many shooting events each year it also offers a limited number of conditional memberships.  Sporting Clays, USPSA, Cowboy Action - Rocky Branch Rangers and Black Powder competitions are a part of our annual calendar.  The Competition link on this page will provide detailed descriptions of each of these events.  A copy of our 2013 yearly match schedule is available on our Schedule link.
